When interacting with SAMI (Streeka's AI coach), we may collect:

This information may be processed using trusted third-party AI service providers.

Your data is not used to train external AI models.

1.5 Payment & Subscription Information

We do not store your payment card details. Payments and subscription status are securely handled by:

  • Apple (App Store)
  • RevenueCat (subscription management)

We receive confirmation of your subscription status (e.g., active, expired) but never full payment information.

  • Provide personalised training plans and coaching
  • Analyse fitness activities and generate insights
  • Operate, improve, and optimise the Streeka app
  • Sync activity data with Strava, Garmin, and other connected services

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only with trusted partners necessary to operate the Services.

All processing is subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Analytics (Mixpanel)

We use Mixpanel to help us understand how users interact with the Streeka app so we can improve features, diagnose issues, and enhance performance. Mixpanel collects information such as device type, app interactions, session length, and usage patterns. No personally sensitive fitness data (e.g. power, heart rate, GPS routes) is intentionally sent to Mixpanel.

Data processed by Mixpanel is subject to their privacy practices, and Mixpanel does not use Streeka's data for advertising or for its own independent purposes. For more information, see Mixpanel's privacy policy.

3.2 Legal Compliance

We may disclose information where required to comply with law or protect our rights.

4. AI Processing & Model Safety

SAMI, Streeka's AI coach, uses third-party AI systems to generate personalised training guidance.

We ensure:

  • Only necessary data is sent for AI processing
  • Data is transmitted securely
  • Data is not used to train third-party AI models
  • You may request deletion of AI interaction history
  • Sensitive information is minimised where possible

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to:

6. Subscription & Billing Information

For auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple:

  • Billing is managed by Apple
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • We do not store payment details

We only receive subscription status information.
